6. Install the new double feed prevention roller.
• Place the axis with the groove (
) facing the right side, and align the groove with the roller mount
(
) to install it. There are 2 grooves on the shaft. Align the grooves with the U-shaped section
on the
roller mount to install it.
Notice
• After
you
install the double feed prevention roller, make sure that the shaft will not rotate or move.
If the groove is not properly inserted in the roller mount, it may cause double feeding or a paper
jam.
