If the CA Web Manager administrator password becomes locked, it can by reset from the CA Server,
through the CA Server options menu. Right
-click on the CA Server icon in the task tray and choose
Administrator Password Lock Reset.
This will reset the CA Web Manager administrator password. CA Web Manager will automatically launch
to the Login and Security screen, where you can specify a new password.
