Making a call using a speed dial button
1 Press the desired speed dial button.
2 Lift the corded handset.
Note:
L In step 1, if no phone number is stored to the
speed dial button, you can assign a number by
pressing n and continue from step 1,

button”, page 18.
Cancelling a speed dial assignment
1 Press the desired speed dial button. i 8

Use the index card to record the names/phone
numbers stored to the speed dial buttons.
Copying phonebook entries
You can copy phonebook entries:
– between the base unit and handset

– between 2 handsets

*1 Panasonic compatible handset
Copying an entry

Find the desired entry (page 17). i 8
2 {V}/{^}: “Copy” i M
3 Enter the handset number you wish to send
the phonebook entry to.
L When an entry has been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
L To continue copying another entry:
{V}/{^}: “Yes” i M i Find the
desired entry. i M

2 {V}/{^}: “Copy” i M
3 Enter {0} for the base unit or the handset
number you wish to send the phonebook entry
to.
L When an entry has been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
