Changing settings using the control ring
You can rotate the control ring to change settings.
The functions that can be set with the control ring vary
depending on the Recording Mode.
Listed below are the default settings.
¢ You can set shutter speeds that are not indicated on the shutter speed dial. (P36)
¥ Rotating the control ring during panorama recording will change the selected image
effect (filter).
¥ Rotating the control ring during Manual Focus will adjust the focus.
1 Set the menu.
2 Use 3/4 to select the setting and press [MENU/SET].
• You can assign the following functions:
• To return to the default setting, select [Normal].
• If you do not use the control ring, select [OFF] ([Not Set]).
¥ The assigned function setting will be applied to all Recording Modes.
¥ Some functions may not be available depending on the mode or the displayed screen.
