27 Troubleshooting
Bluetooth connection cannot be established (LP-GS)
Cause:
A model not supporting Bluetooth is used.
Remedy:
The Bluetooth function is available for the following models: LP-GS051,
LP-GS051-E, LP-GS051-L, LP-GS051-LE, LP-GS052, LP-GS052-E
Cause:
Bluetooth communication is disabled.
Remedy:
Establish a USB connection, and enable Bluetooth in the “System
settings”. Then, restart the laser marking system.
Cause:
The PC is too far away from the laser head.
Remedy:
Install the laser head within 5m from the PC.
Cause:
The environment is not suited for Bluetooth communication.
• Wireless LAN or another wireless device is used near the laser
marking system.
• There is an obstacle between the laser head and the PC.
• Radio wave signals are weak in this environment.
Remedy:
Establish the Bluetooth connection in an environment suited for stable
wireless connections.
