27 Troubleshooting
E404 Cause:
The “Stop laser” button in Laser Marker NAVI smart was selected.
Remedy:
Solve the safety problem. Then select “Reset” in the error dialog in Laser
Marker NAVI smart to finish the laser stop status.
E405 Cause:
The remote interlock input is open.
Remedy:
• Connect the REMOTE INTERLOCK IN input on the TERMINAL
connector.
• Check the status of the safeguards connected to the REMOTE
INTERLOCK IN input.
• Check the operation logic of the connected device.
• If you want to deactivate this alarm when the shutter is closed, set
“Deactivate while shutter closed” in “System settings” > “Operation/
information” > “INTERLOCK alarm detection”.
• Connect the internal or external power supply to IN COM. 1 (X2) and
OUT COM.1 (Y2) on the TERMINAL connector.
Applies to LP-RC, LP-RF, LP-RV only.
E410 Cause:
Laser pumping was turned off during the marking process.
Remedy:
• Start the marking process after laser pumping has completed.
• Check the operation logic of laser pumping and trigger input.
• Check the connection of the external devices to the I/O terminals or
the communication port.
• Make sure the switch or the sensor connected to TRIGGER IN (X5)
of the TERMINAL connector operates without chattering.
E411 Cause:
The marking trigger signal was entered while laser pumping was off.
Remedy:
• Start the marking process after laser pumping has completed.
• Check the operation logic of laser pumping and trigger input.
• Check the connection of the external devices to the I/O terminals or
the communication port.
• Make sure the switch or the sensor connected to TRIGGER IN (X5)
of the TERMINAL connector operates without chattering.
