The zooming speed ranges from a slow
speed of 15 seconds to a fast 3.5 seconds
according to the pressure applied to the
zoom buttons.
You can gradually zoom in for close ups or zuorn out for wide angle shots.
Zoom In ("T")
Zoom Out ("W")
Zoom slowly by lightly pressing the "1"
(Telephoto) or the "W" (Wide Angle) side
of the POWER ZOOM switch.
Zoom quickly by applying more pressure.
• The magnification level is displayed in the
EVF.
This feature allows you to make smoother scene transitions for a professional look.
FADE Fade In:
Starting the first scene with the fade in is
very effective.
Press FADE so that "FADE" flashes in
the EVF.
Press RECORD/PALISE to start
recording. The picture and sound fade
out, and then will gradually fade in.
Fade Out:
Use to create a soft ending or (together
with fade in) for a sort transitior_ trorn one
scene to the next.
] Pressi'F_DE SOthat "FADE" flashes in
the EVF while recording.
Press RECORD/PAUSE to pause
recording. The picture and sound
gradually fade out.
Should you accidentally press the FADE
button, press FADE again so that "FADE"
disappears in the EVF.
