Chapter 4Settings — [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu

[DC OUT]
Set the power supply function of the <DC OUT> terminal.
1) Press as to select [DC OUT].
2) Press qw to select an item.
[ON]
Enables the power supply function. Power is supplied to the external device connected to the <DC
OUT> terminal.
[OFF]
Disables the power supply function. The power is not supplied even if an external device is connected
to the <DC OUT> terminal.
Note
f When [DC OUT] is set to [ON], the power is supplied even in the standby state or ready state in the following cases.
g When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu [ECO MANAGEMENT] [STANDBY MODE] is set to [NORMAL], and [QUICK STARTUP] is
set to [ON], and then the projector goes into the standby state by pressing the power <v/b> button
g When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu [ECO MANAGEMENT] [POWER MANAGEMENT] is set to [READY], and no signal is
detected and the projector goes into the ready state
f When an external device exceeding the rating (DC 5 V, maximum 2 A) is connected to the <DC OUT> terminal while this function is set to
[ON], an error is detected and the power supply will be stopped. At this time, [ERROR] is displayed in [DC OUT]. Disconnect the external
drive and turn on the projector again when [ERROR] is displayed.
[STATUS]
Display the status of the projector.
1) Press as to select [STATUS].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [STATUS] screen is displayed.
3) Press qw to switch the pages.
f The page will change each time you press the button.
[PROJECTOR TYPE]
Displays the projector type and serial number of the projector.
[SERIAL NUMBER]
Displays the serial number of the projector.
[PROJECTOR RUNTIME]
Displays the runtime of the projector.
[LIGHT RUNTIME]
Displays the runtime of the light source.
[CONTINUOUS LIGHTING
TIME]
Displays the elapsed time from when the light source is illuminated.
The elapsed time after the illumination of the light source can be conrmed when adjusting the focus.
The elapsed time is reset when the light source is temporarily turned off such as using the shutter
function.
[MAIN/SUB VERSION]
Displays the main and sub versions of the rmware of the projector.
[NETWORK VERSION]
Displays the network version of the rmware of the projector.
[INTAKE AIR TEMP.]

Displays the status of the intake air temperature of the projector.
[EXHAUST AIR TEMP.]

Displays the status of the exhaust air temperature of the projector.
[LIGHT TEMP. 1]

Displays the temperature status for the front block of the light source (on the lens side).
[LIGHT TEMP. 2]

Displays the temperature status for the rear block of the light source (on the air exhaust port side).
[SELF TEST]
Displays the status of the projector.
[INPUT]
Displays the input terminal currently selected.
[SIGNAL NAME]
Displays the input signal name.
[MEMORY NO.]
Displays the memory number of the input signal.
[ON COUNT] [POWER ON TIMES]
Displays the number of times the power is turned on.
[NUMBER OF REGISTERED
SIGNAL]
Displays the number of registered signals.
[COOLING CONDITION]
Displays the set cooling conditions.
[ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE]
Displays the atmospheric pressure.
[REMOTE1 STATUS]
Displays the control status of the REMOTE1.
[EMULATE]
Displays the setting in the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu [RS-232C] [EMULATE].
