SELECTING THE INSTALLATION SITE
Outdoor Unit
AVOID:
heat sources and exhaust fans, etc.
damp, humid or uneven locations.
do not install at a location that can become a habitat for small animals or depositing
fallen leaves.
DO:
choose a place as cool as possible.
choose a place that is well ventilated and outside air temperature does not
exceed maximum 46°C constantly.
allow enough room around the unit for air intake/exhaust and possible maintenance.
use lug bolts or equal to bolt down unit, reducing vibration and noise.
If cooling operation is to be used when the outdoor air temperature is –5°C or below, install a duct and chamber on the outdoor unit.
Installation space for outdoor unit
Install the outdoor unit with a sufficient space around the outdoor unit for operation and maintenance.
