This unit is compatible with both
SO
Memory cards and SOHC Memory cards.
You
can only use SOHC Memory cards
on
devices that are compatible with them.
You
cannot use SOHC Memory cards on devices that are only compatible with
SO
Memory cards. (When using an SOHC Memory card on another device, be sure to
read the operating instructions for that device.)
• This unit supports
SO
Memory Cards formatted
in
FAT12 system and FAT16 system
based
on
SO
Memory Card Specifications and SOHC Memory Cards formatted
in
FAT32 system.
• If you want to use a 4 GB Memory Card, only SOHC Memory Cards can be used.
• 4 GB (or more) Memory Cards that do not have the SOHC logo are not based on
SO
Memory Card Specifications.
• Use this unit to format
SO
cards. If an
SO
card is formatted on other products (such
as a computer), the time spent for recording may become longer and you may not be
able to use the
SO
card. (-+ 74) (Do
not
format
it
on
a
computer,
etc.)
• When using an
SO
card
on
which data has been written many times, the remaining
time left for recording may be reduced.
• Keep the Memory Card out
of
reach
of
children to prevent swallowing.
• A MultiMediaCard cannot be used on this unit.
