Detach the camera
The camera is fixed on the camera mount bracket using the fixing screw. Remove the camera by following the instructions
below.
IMPORTANT:
• Donotdetachthecamerainadifferentwayfromtheonedescribedbelow.Itmaydamagethecamera.
Step 1
Detach the decorative cover from the camera by following
step 10 of the “Wire through a hole in the ceiling” section
in the reverse order ( pages 22-23).
q Turn the decorative cover by approx. 16 ° in the direc-
tion of the arrow (counterclockwise) as illustrated
while pushing down the locking arm, and pull it slight-
ly down from the ceiling.
w Turn the decorative cover a further 16 ° in the direc-
tion of the arrow (counterclockwise) as illustrated, and
then remove the decorative cover.

IMPORTANT:
• Hold the decorative cover with both hands when
removing it. The cover will fall from the camera when
the hook is disengaged from the groove.
Step 2
Detach the 12 V DC power cable plug (accessory) or the
LAN cable from the camera, and then turn off the power
of the camera.
Step 3
Remove the fixing screw (M3, accessory) that is fixing the
camera on the camera mount bracket (accessory).
Do not lose the fixing screw.
Approx. 20 °
Step 4
Rotate the camera counterclockwise to detach the cam-
era from the camera mount bracket (accessory).
IMPORTANT:
• Whendetachingthecamerafromthecameramount
bracket, hold the fixed section of the unit. Detaching
the camera while holding the dome section may result
in malfunction.
Step 5
Disconnect the remaining cables from the camera.
Step 6
Detach the safety wire from the camera.
