2. Remove the dome brush from the mounting plate.
3. Install the 3 new dome brush’s.
4. Install the belt Guide under the main belt.
5. Install the Glass plate holder.
6.
Inspect the glass plate, & clean thoroughly.
a. Replace the glass plate if there are any chips along the edges of the plate.
7.
Replace the Front foam rollers from the InspectRx.
8. Brace the dome by bracing something between the dome and cabinet to prevent it from falling.
Note: When disconnecting the Gas spring the dome will fall if not braced!
9.
Remove the clip from around the gas spring pivot on each end of the gas spring.
Note: It may be necessary to use a lever to release the gas spring from the pivot.
10.
Install a new gas spring by placing into the existing pivot. Slide the clip into the slot for the
holder,and twist around the frame of the gas spring to secure.
Note: It may be necessary to use a lever to engage the gas spring into the pivot.
11.
Examine the Door Closure to verify type of closure.
a. If using the plastic closure assembly upgrade to the new metal closure.
i. Install new latching portion on the cabinet
