• Connect motor leads to M1, M2, M3.

box of the motor directly to the bottom ground
bracket.

• If not using shielded cable, run motor leads in an
enclosed metal conduit grounded at both ends

• Connect motor thermal switch or thermistor to
Th1, Th2. Drive will trip when the thermal switch
opens, or when the thermistor resistance
exceeds 4kΩ maximum (PTC Type A : IEC 34-11
Part 2)
• If the motor does not have a protective device
(thermistor), jumper these terminals. The drive
needs the thermistor inputs connected for it to
run.

• Connect the 24V DC brake supply to terminals 1
and 2, and connect the brake terminals to 3 and
4. The brake coil is energized when the drive
runs.
