What to do if Parker AC30 drive won’t start when given a start command?
    • S
      Scott FletcherJul 31, 2025
If the Parker Controller drive doesn't start when you send a start command, it could be due to several reasons. First, the STO might be activated; if it's safe, connect X10/01 and X10/03 to 24V ± 10%. Another possibility is that a fault latch has tripped. To resolve this, remove all power from the drive and then re-apply it. If the problem continues, the inverter needs repair. Also, the drive might have tripped for a reason other than STO. Try resetting the trip and addressing the cause. If the issue persists, the inverter should be returned for repair. Finally, faulty hardware could be the cause, which also requires returning the unit for repair.
