Perform each of the floowing checks once during left tower drying and once during right tower drying:
Is there a constant bleed of air from any of the control solenoid exhaust ports? Which one?
Is there any constant bleed from the vent port on the inlet valve body? Which one?
Is there any leakage from the on-line tow er (pressurized) exhaust valve? Which one?
Is there any "back pressure" in the regenarating tow er? PSIG_______________
Have you checked the condition of your coalesing pre-filter element?
Have you checked the auto drains on your separator, receiver and pre-filter to ensure proper drainage?
