12.3 Set Damping Rate
The 7200 Monitor has the ability to apply damping to the incoming sensor signal such that a stable measurement
value can be displayed. This is essential in applications where the effluent being monitored produces a fast varying
sensor signal such as in an aeration process.
The response time quoted for each damping rate is indication of the monitor’s performance when a step change of 0 to
100% occurs on the sensor input. This can be useful when selecting the damping rate to be used for a particular
application.

12.4 Air Clean Option
If the 7200 Monitor is being used with a Partech Air Clean System, this menu is used to enable the air clean function.
Selecting yes will enable air clean operation and the air clean setup menu will be displayed on the Instrument Config
menu.
