7.3. Current output / Voltage output
MAP Check 9000 can be equipped with up to two current or voltage outputs. However, MAP
Check 900X-2 can only be fitted with one output. The current outputs can be set to the range
0-20 mA or 4-20 mA (0-10 V or 2-10V) in the setup menu. The current outputs are activated
by means of the
PA.3 parameter in the setup menu. If the first current output is activated,
three menu items are automatically added to the setup menu.
CU.0 - - - -

value which must correspond to 0mA (0V)
CU.4 0% O
2
value which must correspond to 4mA (2V)
CU.20 10% O
2
value which must correspond to 20mA.(10V)
Only one of the parameters CU.0 and CU.4 can be set; the other one is displayed as '- - - -'.
If identical values are entered for the 0 and 20mA or the 4 and 20mA values,
er. 1 is
displayed.
When configuring current output no. 2, the display reads
c2 in stead of cu. Apart from this
the setup process is the same as described above.
7.4. CAN bus controller
MAP Check 9000 can be equipped with a CAN bus controller. CAN bus allows all functions in
MAP Check 9000 to be checked/remote-controlled. Digit no. 2 in
PA.3 indicates whether a
CAN bus controller has been installed. If a CAN bus has been installed, two extra menu items
are automatically added to the setup menu:
addr 0 CAN bus address. Valid entry range: 0 to 2047.
baud 0 CAN bus baud rate. Valid entry range: 0 to 9.
