Charging the Battery
Insert the battery charger power plug into the outlet (Figure 1).
Insert the charging plug into the charging port on the battery
(Figure 2).

• Charging can be carried out at any time regardless of the
state of charge, but you should fully charge the battery at the
following times. Be sure to use the supplied Shimano charger
when charging the battery at these times.
⸰ The battery is not fully charged at the time of purchase.
Before riding, be sure to fully charge the battery.
⸰ If the battery has become fully depleted, charge it
as soon as possible. If you leave the battery without
charging it, it will cause the battery to deteriorate.
