How to clean the air lter (6TWGM
model)
1. Release the clip (A4) at the turbocharger and the
bracket which supports the air lter and remove
the air lter.
2. Release the clip (A3) and remove the adaptor
(A5).
3. Remove the support tube (A6) and the lter
element (A2) from the body (A1) of the air lter.
Either wash the element in a solution of soap
and water or renew it.
4. Clean the body and the support tube with a clean
rag.
5. Fit a new element into the body of the lter
through the hole in the body (A). Fit the support
tube into the centre of the element and ensure
that the end of the tube is engaged in the recess
in the lter body. Fit the adaptor to the body and
tighten the clip.
6. Fit the lter assembly to the turbocharger and t
the support bracket for the lter. Tighten the clip
at the turbocharger.
