Possible cause Remedy
The Explorer Mini cannot be charged. The main circuit breaker is turned off. Turn on the main circuit breaker and
press and hold the start button for at least
one second.

but the start button is not pressed.
Press and hold the start button for at least
one second.

Either an incorrect battery charger is used
or the battery charger is damaged.
Make sure that you use the battery
charger that was supplied with the
Explorer Mini.
If it still is not possible to charge, contact
your service provider or Permobil.
The main circuit breaker cannot be
turned on.
Electrical fault. Contact your service provider or
Permobil.
