12.05.02 Needle in needle hole centre
Requirement
The needle should penetrate in the exact centre of the needle hole.
● Position the needle in the needle hole.
● Loosen screws 1, 2 and 3.
● Adjust the needle bar frame 4 in accordance with the requirement.
● Tighten screw 2 and slightly tighten screw 3.
● Use screw 1 to draw the internal guide pin towards the eye of the needle bar frame 4 and
tighten it.
● Turn the balance wheel a few times so that the needle bar frame 4 is not under tension.
● Tighten screw 3.
