Switch
off
the
on/off
switch
‘
Disconnect
the
mains
plug
and
the
foot
control
from
the
machine.

Remove
the
detachable
work
support.
rhe
sewing
lamp
(bulb)
is
located
inside
the
head
Df
the
sewing
machine.
To
make
it
easier
to
change
the
bulb,
we
re
commend
placing
the
sewing
machine
on
the
handwheel
as
illustrated.
•
Hold
the
machine
securely.
•
Push
the
bulb
into
its
holder
as
far
as
it
will
go
and
turn
it
counter-clockwise
(half
a
turn)
to
re
move
it.
Insertion
•
Insert
the
bulb
in
the
diagonal
holder
and
turn
it
so
that
both
stops
of
the
bulb
engage.
•
Now
push
the
bulb
fully
into
the
holder
and
turn
it
clockwise
until
it
is
held
firmly.
Important
The
maximum
permissable
bulb
wattage
is
15
Watts!
Tip:
If
you
lift
the
carrying
handle,
you
will
see
a
small
hole
on
its
left
hand
side.
By
inserting
edge
guide
No.
3
into
this
hole,
you
press
down
the
lamp
housing
a
little,
making
it
easier
to change
the
light
bulb.
