      If the gas density takes a long time to recover, even with normal gas pressure, the HEPA filter in the gas piping may be clogged with dust, preventing proper gas flow.

      The CO2 injection system is ON-OFF controlled and injects gas intermittently when the set density is close. Injection might stop for 15 seconds but it is not abnormal.
