Why is my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment incubator not operating at all?
    • J
      Jonathan MartinezAug 19, 2025
If your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment incubator isn't operating, first ensure it's properly plugged in and that there is no power failure or tripped circuit breaker. Also, check that the removable power supply cord is correctly connected to the port on the lower right side of the cabinet.

What to do if the CO2 gas density does not match the set value in Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • G
      George BennettAug 22, 2025
If the CO2 gas density in your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment does not match the set value, check the following: * Ensure the secondary pressure for the gas regulator is at the specified value of 0.03 MPa(G)~0.1 MPa(G) (0.3 kgf/cm2(G)~1 kgf/cm2(G), 4.4 psi(G)~14.5 psi(G)). * Verify that the gas tube is not blocked. * Confirm that the duct is securely attached to the 4 points hooks. * Ensure the fan is properly attached and pushed all the way to the motor shaft. * Also, consider whether the incubator is operating near equipment that generates electromagnetic waves.

What to do if the chamber temperature does not match the set value in Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • B
      Brendan PriceAug 25, 2025
If the chamber temperature in your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment does not match the set value, verify that the ambient temperature is not less than 5 °C different from the set chamber temperature. Also, ensure that the outer door is closed and the inner door is not left open. Check if the incubator is operating beside equipment that generates electromagnetic waves.
  • S
    Stephen JacksonAug 27, 2025
Why is CO2 gas not being injected into my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • L
      lawrenceyorkAug 27, 2025
The CO2 control method for the Phcbi Laboratory Equipment incubator is the ON-OFF method. CO2 gas is injected intermittently as the gas density in the chamber approaches the set value. Injections may be stopped for periods of approximately 15 seconds, but that is not an error. Also, the gas is not injected until the temperature of the CO2 sensor becomes stable enough (approximately 1 hour) after turning ON the power switch or recovering from power failure.
  • J
    Jeffrey HarrisonAug 30, 2025
Why is a large quantity of CO2 gas being consumed by my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • R
      Robert JenningsAug 30, 2025
A large quantity of CO2 gas being consumed by your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment may be due to frequently opening and closing the outer and inner doors. Check for gas leaks from connectors due to deterioration or pinhole leaks in the gas tube; consider replacing the gas tube annually. Also, inspect the packing seal for the inner door and ensure the access hole is closed.
  • L

What to do if data cannot be exported to the USB flash drive from Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • K
      Karen RiddleSep 2, 2025
If you cannot export data to the USB flash drive from your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment, please check the following: Ensure the USB flash drive is inserted properly. Verify that data exists for the specified time period. Confirm the USB flash drive is not full and is formatted in FAT16 or FAT32 format. Do not use a USB flash drive that requires a password or has a capacity of more than 32 GB.

    Craig GutierrezSep 4, 2025
What to do if dry heat sterilisation ends in the middle by an error in Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • M
      Michelle MartinezSep 4, 2025
If dry heat sterilisation ends prematurely in your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment, make sure that silicon caps are attached to the access port and that the inner door is closed.
  • D
    Dean OwensSep 7, 2025
Why won't the outer door open on my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • S
      stevengarciaSep 7, 2025
If the outer door of your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment won't open, it may be because the electric lock is engaged when the power switch is OFF. Turn the power switch ON or use the accessory key to unlock the electric lock. Also, during dry heat sterilization, the outer door is electrically locked and cannot be opened.
  • E
    Ellen PittmanSep 10, 2025
Why doesn't the chamber humidity rise in my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • R
      Robert MortonSep 10, 2025
If the chamber humidity does not rise in your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment, ensure there is enough sterile distilled water in the humidifying pan.
  • C
    Christy ByrdSep 13, 2025
Why does the UV lamp light when the outer door is open on my Phcbi Laboratory Equipment?
    • C
      Christina HuntSep 13, 2025
If the UV lamp lights when the outer door is open on your Phcbi Laboratory Equipment, check if something is pushing the door switch.
