What to do if there is no audio/video signal on the display device via HDMI cable with Philips BDP1502?
    • S
      sandra36Aug 28, 2025
If there is no audio/video signal on the display device via HDMI cable using your Philips Blu-ray Player, it might be connected to a non-certified HDMI device, which will prevent the output. Make sure the display device is on the correct input/video source. Try performing an HDMI hotplug: disconnect the HDMI cable from the display device, turn on both devices, and replug the HDMI cable. Check with the TV manufacturer for available software updates and verify that the HDMI cable is a certified version.
