Why does my Philips Projector only show the initial screen?
    • C
      Cynthia JohnsonSep 10, 2025
If only the initial screen appears and not the image from the external device on your Philips Projector, check that the cables are connected to the correct sockets, the external device is turned on, the video output of the external device is turned on, and the correct HDMI input (HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) is selected.

Why screen mirroring does not work with Android device on Philips Screeneo S6?
    • C
      Corey ScottSep 12, 2025
Screen mirroring might not work with your Android device because not all Android devices support Miracast, which is required for screen mirroring. Check your Android device's user manual to see if it supports Miracast (also known as Screencast, Screen Sharing, WiFi Direct, Wireless Display, etc.) and how to enable it. You can also install the HappyCast app on your smartphone and follow the instructions given in the app.
