5.5 Enter a pause
If your SE245 is connected
to a switchboard, you may
need to enter a pause in a
stored number. This gives
the switchboard time to get
an outside line. A pause is
normally stored after the
switchboard access code
(e.g. 9).
1 When storing a number,
press and hold
until
the display shows
P . Then
continue storing the
number.
5.6 View an entry
1 Press twice.
2 Scroll to LIST ENTRY
and press
.
3 Enter the fi rst letter of the
name to search
alphabetically then scroll
or to the exact
entry.
4 Press to display the
number.
5 Press to return to
standby.
5.7 Edit an entry
1 Press .
2 Scroll to the entry you
want to edit and press
.
EDIT ENTRY is displayed.
Press
key again.
3 Edit the name and press
to confi rm. Use to
delete characters.
4 Edit the number and press
to confi rm.
5 Press to return to
standby.
5.8 Delete an entry
1 Press .
2 Scroll or to the
entry you want to delete
and press

3 Scroll to DELETE
ENTRY
and press .
4 Display shows CONFIRM? .
