4.4 GROUP CHECK
The PIEPS PRO BT/POWDER BT provides the option for a group check. This does not
replace the Mode Check, but is a useful feature, to ensure that your groups’ transceivers are sending correctly. In
group check mode the receiving range is limited to 1 m.

1. Turn on the device by switching into
send mode
2. Wait till the group check (CH) symbol is
indicated on the display.
3. Press and hold the button MARK during
the group check countdown (CH). The
group check mode is active, as long the
button MARK is pressed.

Continuous wave indication | old-device-indication.
Release the button MARK/SCAN to end the group check mode. During the 3 seconds countdown
the group check mode can be activated again.
The Regular group check is sufficient for checking modern, digital devices with 3 antennas.
The Extended group check is recommended for checking old devices (analog single-antenna devices).
