MAINTENANCE AND CARE (SYSTEM)
ATTENTION
Damage to components due to moisture penetration.
→ Only use or clean the electrical components (E-Trigger,
Smart.Shift box, wiring harness, etc.) with connected
cable plugs or plug caps.
→ Do not use high-pressure or steam cleaners for
cleaning.
→ Only clean the Smart.Shift components when they are
assembled and connected.
→ Clean the components only with water and neutral
soap.
→ Check before and after the ride whether the Smart.Shift
battery / e-bike battery is sufficiently charged.
IMPORTANT
In order to carry out the regular gearbox oil change, the
Smart.Shift box must be professionally dismantled and
reassembled with special care. Your specialist dealer is the
right partner here.
→ Perform a calibration if the Smart.Shift is not changing the
gears correctly.
