COMMISSIONING
SWITCHING ON/OFF
The Pinion Smart.Shift system has the following special
features:
● Smart.Shift does not have to be switched on separately.
● Smart.Shift is in sleep mode when it is supplied with power
from the Pinion rechargeable battery. Sleep mode
consumes imperceptibly little energy.
● As soon as you shift for the first time, your gear shift
wakes up and performs the gear shift.
● You do not have to switch off Smart.Shift separately. Once
eight minutes have passed without any shifting, the sleep
mode of the Smart.Shift system is activated to save
energy.
● Gear shifts are not carried out when the e-bike is switched
off.
