e@ Confirm the speakers and antenna connections by reading the
section “CONNECTIONS” again.
@ When the power plug is connected into AC wall outlet, the unit
enters the demonstration mode. Press the Power button to cancel
the demonstration mode.

e Vérifiez les raccordements des enceintes et de l'antenne en
relisant la section “RACCORDEMENTS”.
e Lorsque la fiche est introduite dans la prise de courant, l'appareil
passe en mode démonstration. Appuyez sur la touche POWER
pour mettre fin au mode démonstration.
1. Press the STANDBY/ON switch .
To switch the power OFF (STANDBY):
Press the Power button again.
“GOOD BYE" is displayed.
Standby indicator lights.
Performing any of the following operations while the system power
is off (STANDBY) turns the power ON.
1. Pressing TAPE (I/ II) function button:
Power is turned ON, the TAPE input is selected and, if a cassette
tape has been loaded, it starts to play.
2. Pressing the TUNER/BAND function button:
Power is turned ON and the tuner (radio) input is selected.
3. Pressing the AUX function button:
Power is turned ON and, if the component connected to the AUX
input jacks are operating, its audio is played.
4. Pressing the CD function button:
Power is turned ON, the CD input is selected and, if a CD has been
loaded, it starts to play.
5. Pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button:
Power is turned ON, the function which has been selected before
the last time the power was switched off is selected and the
corresponding operation starts. ;
6. Pressing the OPEN/CLOSE button:
Press this button to eject the disc tray.

Si vous effectuez une des opérations suivantes pendant que |'appareil
esten veille (STANDBY), celui-ciest mis automatiquement sous tension.
1. Appui sur la touche de fonction TAPE ( I/ IH):
L'appareil est mis sous tension, l'entrée TAPE est sélectionnée et,
si une cassette a été introduite, sa lecture commence.
2. Appui sur la touche de fonction TUNER/BAND:
L'appareil est mis sous tension et l’entrée TUNER (radio) est
sélectionnée.
3. Appui sur la touche de fonction AUX:
L'appareil est mis sous tension et, si le composant raccordé aux
prises jack AUX est en état de marche, sa sortie audio sera lue.
4. Appui sur la touche de fonction CD:
L'appareil est mis sous tension, l'entrée CD est sélectionnée et,
si un CD a 6té introduit, sa lecture commence.
5. Appui sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE:
L'appareil est mis sous tension, la derniére fonction sélectionnée
avantla mise hors tension estactivée et |'opération correspondante
sera effectuée.
6. Appui sur la touche OPEN/CLOSE:
Appuyez sur cette touche pour éjecter le plateau de disque.
