Parts Needed:
2 Legs w/ axels 2 Legs for Casters
2 Metal Wheels c/w rubber tire 2 Casters
1 Bottom Shelf
Hardware Required:
Screw 1/4" - 20* 3/5" x20 (AA)
Washer 1/4" x20 (BB)
Spring Washer 1/4" x20 (CC)
Tools Required:
1 - 7/16" Open End Box Wrench
1 - Adjustable Crescent Wrench
or
1 - Phillips Screwdriver
Installation Steps:
1 INSTALL WHEELS TO LEG ASSEMBLY
• Slide metal wheel onto either leg with the axle
• Install washer (BB), spring washer (CC), then hand tighten the
screw (AA), onto the threaded axle. Use your wrench to tighten.
• Spin each wheel to ensure the wheels turn freely.
Note: one of these legs will come with 2 synch nuts installed
into the side of the leg. Ensure this leg is placed on the front
of the grill.
2 INSTALL CASTERS TO LEG ASSEMBLY
The bottom portion of these two legs, have threaded plate installed
to allow for the two (2) locking casters to be easily installed.
• Hand thread and install the casters on the 2 (two) legs.
• Using your wrench turn each of the casters in a clockwise
direction into the bottom leg plate. Turn the casters until
completely in.
Note: one of these legs will come with 2 synch nuts installed
into the side of the leg. Ensure this leg is placed on the front
of the grill.
