9. Remove cylinder head nuts and remove cylinder
head. Clean the head using parts washer solvent.
NOTE:
Always replace head gasket with new.
10. Remove cylinder. Clean the carbon from the
cylinder walls and ports using parts washer solvent.
Inspect the cylinder walls for signs of scoring.
Piston Pin, Piston and Rings
11. Remove piston pin circlips.
12. Remove piston pin and piston. Use care not to
damage piston or pin. Inspect piston for scoring.
