ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Crankcase
1. Install a new output shaft oil seal and replace the
snap ring.
2. Install the crankshaft in one of the crankcase
halves. Install a new crankcase gasket and install
the other side of the crankcase. Torque the
crankcase bolts to specification.
3. Install the oil pump bracket inside the MAG side of
the crankcase.
4. Install the oil pump drive gear and new external
circlips.

86 in.lbs. (10 Nm)
