TRANSMISSION DISASSEMBLY, CONT.
13. Inspect face of shift fork for excessive wear ,
discoloration, or bending.
14. Remove center shaft assembly by tapping on
opposite side with a soft face hammer.
15. Remove the remaining gears and shafts as an
assembly. Rotate the shift bellcrank with a 1/2″
wrench to aid in removal.
