7. Install the rollers and roll cage into the ring gear.
Insert the rollers as the roll cage is installed.
8. Install the ring gear and roll cage assembly into the
gearcase housing.
9. Install the torsion spring by wrapping each leg of the
spring around the dowel pin on the ring gear.
10. Align the spring retainer dowel pin with the ring gear
dowel pin and install the retainer on top of the torsion
spring.
11. Check the action of the torsion spring by rotating in
both directions to ensure the spring and retainer are
installed properly.
