Getting started2
Onboard your Poly ATA device to use Microsoft's service that pairs SIP endpoints
with their Microsoft Teams accounts. This enables Teams users to make and
receive Teams calls on their SIP endpoint.
Before you start, ensure that your network and devices meet the following
requirements:
● Poly ATA 400 series analog VoIP adapter with software version 4.0.1 (Build:
6480) or later
For more information on how to update Poly ATA 400 series devices, refer to
the Poly ATA 400 Series Administrator Guide.
● Microsoft Teams tenant enabled with Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway
For more information on preparing your network environment for Microsoft
Teams SIP Gateway, visit Configure SIP Gateway.
● Administrator access to the Microsoft Teams admin center
● Firewall ports enabled for the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway service
