Contact your administrator if you encounter persistent issues with your Pano device.
View System Information
Before troubleshooting a problem with your system, your administrator might ask you for the system serial
number, software version, any active alert messages, or other information.
Locate the System Serial Number
The administrator might ask for the serial number of the Pano system.
Procedure
1. Look for the serial number on the bottom of the system.
Locating the IP Address
You can view the system IP address on the Pano device home screen.
