Call Functions
Place Calls
Handset
Pick up the handset and dial the number. Or, dial the number first and then pick up the handset.
Hands-Free Speakerphone
1. With the handset on-hook, press , an assigned line key, or the NewCall soft key.
2. Enter or dial the number.
3. Press , Send, or the Line key.
Headset
With the headset connected, press , an assigned line key, or the NewCall soft key.
-OR-
Dial the number and press .
Redial
Press to call the most recently dialed number.
Answer Calls
• Handset - pick up the handset.
• Speakerphone - press , the Line key, or the Answer soft key.
• Headset - press .
Note: Press the Reject soft key to deny an incoming call.
End Calls
• Press the End Call soft key.
• Press , , or hang up the handset depending on the call mode.
Call Hold/Resume
1. Press during a call.
2. Press again, the Resume soft key, or the Line key to resume the call.
