If you're experiencing power issues with your Polycom IP Phone, try the following: * Check that the phone lights up when powered on. * Ensure the phone is correctly plugged into a working AC outlet. * Verify the phone isn't plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch that's turned off. * If using a power strip, plug the phone directly into a wall outlet. * Test the phone in a room where you know the outlet is working. * If using PoE, the power supply voltage may be too high or too low.
