How to check LAN cable connection on Polycom SoundPoint IP 550?

If the LAN cable on your Polycom IP Phone is not properly connected, check the connection at the switch or hub. Check that the switch or hub is operational, or contact your system administrator. Check if the LAN port is active or inactive via Menu > Status > Network > Ethernet. Reboot the phone to attempt re-registration to the call server. Contact your system administrator.
