The 'Network Link is Down' message on your Polycom IP Phone typically means the LAN cable isn't properly connected. Here's what you can do: * Check the cable connection at the switch or hub. * Ensure the switch or hub is working correctly (look for flashing link/status lights). If you can't access this, contact your system administrator. * Verify if the LAN port is active. Go to Menu > Status > Network > Ethernet, and check the LAN port field. * Reboot the phone to try re-registering it to the call server. If problems persist, contact your system administrator.
