Hold
Hold enables you to place a call on hold for rapid retrieval from the same phone.
• To place the current call on hold
– During a call, press the Hold button. The call will be placed on hold and this will be indicated on
the display.
• To retrieve the held call
– Press the Resume soft key
*If multiple calls are on hold on a single line key, use the arrow keys to switch between the calls
then press the Resume soft key to retrieve the desired call.
*If more than two calls are on hold on a single key, an indication will appear on the display, for
example “2/3” shows that this is the second call out of three calls.
