If you face print quality issues, follow the steps bellow:
Print quality Issues
| 01_STEP
Ensure the Platen is in the correct distance from the Head. Check
Adjusting Platen Height, page 7.
| 02_STEP
Check Head Nozzle test and if there are many gaps follow the
instructions on the Ink Flow Troubleshooting, page 18.
| 03_STEP
Clean the Scale CR. Check monthly maintenance, page 16.
| 04_STEP
If the white exceeds the color layer on Dark Garment printings, except
from the above, recreate the mask using Digital factory Apparel Polyprint
Edition, Fluid Mask feature or Polyprint Photoshop Actions provided by
Polyprint.
