Poor print quality on your Polyprint Printer can stem from several factors. Ensure the platen is correctly positioned relative to the print head. Also, run a head nozzle test to identify any gaps. If you observe significant gaps, follow the recommended cleaning procedure. For white ink overruns on dark garments, consider recreating the mask using Digital Factory Apparel Polyprint Edition, Fluid Mask, or Polyprint Photoshop Actions.
