Dismantling the fixed bed In order to increase the storage compartment space the bed can also be dis-
mantled and stored completely.
Dismantling Variant 1:
Remove the middle cushion and middle board.
Remove the mattress.
Lift the slatted frame out of the latch and place it on the cover (Fig. 48,3).
Place the cushions, mattresses and slatted frames (Fig. 48,2) next to each
other.
Secure everything using the belt (Fig. 48,1).
Dismantling Variant 2:
Remove the mattress.
Lay the slatted frame together with the mattress on the cover.
Stack the cushions, mattresses and slatted frames (Fig. 49,2) onto each
other.
Secure everything using the belt (Fig. 49,1).
Enlarging the fixed bed It is possible to connect two single beds into a double bed.

Z The first step of the stairs can be removed additionally in order to create a
passage.
