ACTIONS
The VS65 soft starter have the comprehensive protection function, it can stop in case of any fault, display
and save the fault codes. The fault status only can be reset by using the STOP (RST) key (* if using the
fault reset automatically, it will be starting automatically, please be carefully to ensure the safety)

Fault Description Fault Code Cause and Troubleshooting
Emergency stop 1 Fault from motor protection; check the general protector
Too long starting time 2 Limited current is too low or over heavy load
Over heated 3 Too frequently starting or too long starting times
Input phase loss 4 Check power supply and controlled silicon
Error parameter 5 Restart or input default value
Error frequency 6 Check frequency of 3- phase AC power supply
Communication fault 7 Fault in communication interface
Connection failure 8 Check external connection of J6
Note:
1. Motor is only protected against overload and overcurrent, phase imbalance, etc.
2. Please refer to the motor general protection manual (SNP-2371) for the detailed information of the motor
protection.
