c. Assemble and install the Universal Rack Element optional, see "Universal Rack Element" on

4. Apply any remaining placards, labels, and decals shipped with the unit. Refer to the placards,
labels, and decals installation document included with the literature kit materials shipped with
the unit for placement information.
