You have now successfully finished the installation procedure to enable data communication.
6.3 Processing measuring data
To download measuring data to a PC, the
VIBRA PC software and the VIBRA driver must have been installed
on the PC. Without license file you can download data (so
you will always be able to read out the VIBRA with
any PC or laptop), but the downloaded data can only be viewed in combination with the license file.
6.3.1 Downloading data
1. Connect the VIBRA to the PC with the USB cable. It is not necessary to switch on the VIBRA, as it
automatically switches on the moment the PC seeks contact. Start the VIBRA PC software in the
Profound software menu.
2. The Dialog menu will be automatically opened. If not, select the option New in the File menu
(short key: Ctrl + N).
3. Click Download Data. The PC will automatically download the date including traces from the
memory of the VIBRA.
