How to troubleshoot a ProLights EclFresnel TW that doesn’t power ON?
    • M
      Melody CruzAug 5, 2025
If your ProLights Lighting Equipment doesn't power on, first ensure that the power switch is turned on and all cables are properly connected. If the issue persists, check the fuse to see if it's blown and replace it if necessary. If the fuse is intact, it could indicate an internal fault.

Why does the light output turn off intermittently in my ProLights EclFresnel TW Lighting Equipment?
    • K
      Kathryn CastilloAug 12, 2025
If your ProLights Lighting Equipment is experiencing intermittent light output turning off, it could be due to the fixture overheating. Check the product's stored error messages and allow the product to cool down. Clean the product and airflow filters, and reduce the ambient temperature. Alternatively, it may be caused by a hardware failure, such as a temperature sensor, fans, or the light source itself.

What to do if ProLights EclFresnel TW Lighting Equipment doesn't respond to the controller after a reset?
    • S
      stewartmichaelAug 20, 2025
If your ProLights Lighting Equipment resets correctly but doesn't respond correctly to the controller, the issue could stem from a bad signal connection. Inspect the connections and cables for any damage, fixing bad connections and replacing damaged cables as necessary. Ensure the signal connection is properly terminated by inserting a DMX termination plug into the signal output socket of the last product on the signal line. Verify the product address and control settings are correct. In some cases, a defective product may be corrupting the signal transmission; bypass products one at a time to identify the faulty unit.

    Eric JohnsonAug 28, 2025
Why is the light intensity low on my ProLights EclFresnel TW?
    • R
      Russell HernandezAug 28, 2025
If your ProLights Lighting Equipment exhibits a general low light intensity, it might be due to a dirty lens assembly. Clean the fixture regularly. Alternatively, the filters might be dirty or damaged; install the lens assembly properly.
